Development of new processes to meet the everchanging needs of industries & legislations.

Conversion of pure scientific research into applied research for application on full scale plant.

Carryout projects sponsored by the Dept. of Science & Technology(Govt. of India)


Increasing the usages of biotechnology for degradation of complex organics, conservations of energy, secondary product of the treatment etc.

Biotechnological Applications for -


Conversion of high concentration of Ammonia to Nitrate in the Refinery and Fertilizer Waste Water


Denitrification of high concentration of Nitrate under complex situation in Fertilizer plant effluent to a level of 1 to 1.5 mg/lit of nitrate in the treated effluent.
Conversion of high concentration of thiosulphate to sulphate - in the Petrochemical effluent.


Degradation of high concentration of hydrocarbon, sulfide and phenol in the Refinery and Petrochemical Waste Water.


Application of Advanced anaerobic processes in the treatment of pharmaceutical waste originated from fermentation and formulation type of processes.
