The project scope consists of Treatability studies, Feasibility studies, Design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
All refinery process effluent streams are treated in the WWTP having a capacity of 1600 m3/hr.
The treatment unit processes comprise of Oil water separation by TPI/ CPI & DAF (Primary treatment); Biological treatment by Plastic Media Biotower Trickling filter & Activated sludge process (Secondary treatment); Filtration by PSF & ACF (Tertiary treatment); Dewatering of sludges.
Treated water from WWTP is reused as makeup to cooling tower.
