The project scope consists of Design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Membrane based Treated Water Reuse/ Recycle plant and Oily sludge Bioremediation plant.
Process streams & cooling tower blow-down effluent are treated in the wastewater treatment plant having a capacity of 1000 m3/hr.
Bioremediation plant is designed to treat 1000 m3/ annum of oily and chemical sludge generated from the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The treatment unit processes comprise of Oil water separation by API, TPI/ CPI & DAF; Filtration by DMF & ACF; Biological treatment by SBR & MBR; Bioremediation of Oily sludge & Dewatering; Treatment of VOC emissions from oily effluent handling units in carbon adsorbers.
Treated water reuse/recycle systems consisting of UF & RO membrane units followed by degasser having feed flow of 1000 m3/hr.
The Bioremediation plant consists of treating thickened oily sludge in a confined batch Bio reactor with indigenously prepared microbes for conversion as Bio sludge that can be transferred to non hazardous land fill sites.
