The scope of work includes
Project Description :
- Effluent Collection system & New ETF at MAA
- Modifications/Up gradation in Existing refinery units. (Assessment
Reports) and integration with new ETF (Capacity 818 m3/hr) at MAA
- Effluent Collection system & New ETF (Capacity 990 m3/hr) at
MAB
- Modifications / Up gradation in Existing refinery units. (Assessment
Reports) and integration with new ETF at MAB
- Effluent Collection system at SHU and transport to MAB new ETF
- Modifications in existing refinery (Assessment Reports) and integration
with new effluent collection systems at SHU
- Plot Survey
• Soil survey and Report

Topographic Survey & Cut plan Survey - Identification of above
ground/ under ground system for modified routes

- Piping Survey…
• Verify
the location of Tie-in at site.
• Verification of new piping arrangement for the RETF from the Tie-
in points.
Check the tie-in point dimensions for the preparation of tie-in
detail drawings.

Instrumentation Survey……
• Checking the location of instruments to be installed as per Tie in
list and availability / suitability of nozzles for the instruments.
• Checking the location of Junction boxes and availability of spare terminals.
To get the relevant existing drawings for facilitating the modification
work.
- Electrical Survey…..
• Establish availability of reserved and spare spaces for extensions
/ modifications in existing sub-stations and MCC
• Check the proposed HT / LT cable routes within existing units and between
Substation A2 and the proposed new ETF Substation
• Check for specific requirements for replacement items such as pumps
etc.,.
• Identification and tagging of reservations if not done already.
• Generate specific Tie-in packages for the various tie-in locations.

The scope of work includes
- Process design :- Updation of P&ID, plot plan/equipment layout, perform
hydraulic calculation for gravity & rising main.
- Mechanical equipment engineering
- Piping engg. comprising of preparation of piping area division, GA drawings,
details of pipe supports, sleepers, racks, BOQ for piping, valves & specials,
line schedule, Mechanical strength & stress calculation and updation
of Engg. Specs of piping material.
- Electrical engg. comprising of preparation of overall single line diagram,
SLD for Hut LV, hazardous area classification, data sheets for HV & LV
switchgear, MCC, UPS, transformer, starters. Calculation for impedance map & short
circuit, voltage drop, transfer capacity, power capacitor & cable size
selection.
Preparation of drawings like equipment layout for substation, cable & wiring
layout, cable rack routing, grounding layout etc. BOQ for Electrical / instrument
material.
- Instrumentation engg. Comprising of preparation of instrument list, I/O
list, instrument data sheet for instrument, Analysers, ON/OFF valves, SCADA
(monitoring system), Logic diagram, Control loop diagram etc.
- Carry out Tw stress calculation, Leg head calculation for line instrument & orifice & R.O.
Calculation.
- Preparation of Equipment layout for control room, Instrument layout, instrument
power supply & instrument grounding diagram, Main cable route & instrument
wiring diagram etc. Preparation of instrument cable & connection list,
instrument BQ list, loop diagram, SLD for instrument.
General
• Preparation of specification for Mechanical equipment, piping, valves & special
electrical equipment & Material, instrument for floating inquiries.
• Technical evaluation of vendor offers, checking & review vendor prints.
• Preparation of As built drawing for all disciplines. |
